As a highly experienced commercial litigator, Todd Levine handles virtually all types of complex business disputes. Todd has a strong focus on commercial real estate litigation, and he regularly represents real estate brokers, developers, lending institutions, buyers and sellers, investors, property managers, owners, contractors and subcontractors in disputes arising out of commercial real estate projects and transactions. He has handled a number of cases involving investment partnerships and specialized finance arrangements.
Whatever the area of litigation, Todd uses his analytical skills and creativity to find a unique strategy other lawyers may overlook. Sometimes that means honing in on one key piece of buried evidence that will make or break a case. Other times, that means developing a legal argument that will give clarity to an otherwise murky dispute.
Many of Todd’s clients do not know that this skilled commercial litigator is also a musician and artist. The combination of the analytical skills of a lawyer with the creativity of an artist enables Todd to develop unique approaches to solving complex problems.
