Law is Marilyn’s passion but business is her background. Prior to attending law school, Marilyn was involved in the garment industry, first working with the family business which sold garments to major U.S. retailers and manufactured internationally, and later in her own contracting business. Marilyn’s years of business experience allow her to better understand how litigation impacts her clients’ day-to-day business operations and help her to tailor her litigation tactics so that there is minimal interruption to her clients’ business.
Marilyn’s practice centers on highly complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts nationwide. Marilyn is a member of Kluger Kaplan’s Electronic Discovery Group.
