Lindsay B. Haber

  • Lindsay Haber is a partner in the firm’s Family Law Group, focusing her practice on family law disputes, including divorces, child custody issues, domestic violence and preparations of prenuptial agreements and paternity disputes.  Beyond her national practice, Ms. Haber has handled international domestic relations issues, including international kidnapping.

    Prior to joining Kluger Kaplan, Ms. Haber interned for Legal Aid of Broward County.  She is a member of the Broward County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, Jewish Federation and Broward Matrimonial Lawyers Association.

    Ms. Haber is an avid runner and reader, and loves to travel.
